Truly effective HR processes become a regular part of how employees and managers interact with each other every day. Getting there starts with our initial assessment of what is and isn’t working and the Tune-up of your tools and processes. From that point forward, it’s critical that staff have ongoing support working with the tools and practicing the skills you’ve provided — these habits may not come naturally, especially at first!

We’ll include planning for this: monitoring the new tools being used and processes followed, collecting feedback on HR processes so that adjustments can be made as needed, and periodic refresher training. Much of this can be set up for you to maintain in-house, though I’m also happy to handle any part of it for you at any time.
